The breakfast buffet had so many options, it was amazing! staff like mina and katie at the restaurant were always smiling and ready to help. the blackout curtains in the room worked WONDERS. I slept so well.

The front desk staff, Daisy and Jackie, were kind and helpful. Upon arrival, i received an upgrade to a higher-category room. Vouchers for the restaurant located on the 12th floor were a nice touch. The breakfast each morning included fresh fruits and delicious omelettes.
The hotel has aged a bit. The carpet in the hallways showed noticeable stains. The air in the hallways had a slightly musty odor. It met my needs but these aspects could use attention.

The level 1 pool had a spa and it was perfect. There was a 50% discount on treatments and massages during daytime hours. The spa staff were professional, and very kind.

the breakfast was tasty it had many options i found the pool and sauna nice they are well maintained the hotel has a central location making exploring easy
the windows in the room do not open i felt a little claustrophobic i think that is the case with many hotels i found no shower curtain so the bathroom got very wet after a shower the glass separating the washroom and room was very transparent
